An Invitation to Explore the Performed Object

Our work is an invitation to explore the performed object. Like the gift, engagement is a source of energy and joy; enticing, playful and voluntary, yet encouraging of serious reflection on reciprocal responsibility and its association with economies of power, social norms, individual desires, collective needs and constant change.

In a series of exchanges, we reveal underlying obligations and expectations that sustain relationships, shape individual intentions and determine dominant social institutions.

Our performances are a practice of social interaction that continuously questions who benefits from cumulative transfers; and who is included, excluded, and why.
